Dream it

I didn’t come to this work by accident. It grew from years of experience in correctional mental health and a deep belief that people deserve care that is thoughtful, informed, and respectful of their lived experience. My work is grounded in integrity, clarity, and a responsibility to serve individuals, professionals, and systems with intention.

Build it

This work is built on experience, intention, and a commitment to doing things the right way. I focus on being clear, ethical, and present in the work, knowing that growth comes from staying grounded while remaining open to change. What I offer now reflects where I am today, and I allow the work and the story to continue evolving as it should.
